They were contracted by us two years ago to build 12 townhouses at Oyster Harbour in Albany. This project is part of a joint venture involving the Housing Authority and our firm. The building was not of standard design and had many architectural feature. It had to be done in a tight timeframe and to a strict budget.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________In August of 2011, we employed Chadwick Builders to construct a three bedroom chalet on our one acre forested block on the banks of the Margaret River. Without a doubt, it was one of the most pleasant building/tradesmen experiences I have had in 25 years of being a house and accommodation business owner. From the first meeting through the construction stage all the way through to lock up, Mark and his team showed great attention to detail and a genuine willingness to get the best outcome for the owner, on time and on budget. Various options of upgrades were presented in quotes during the planning stage and a second chance to reassess the options were presented at building stage, with full costings and explanations of the difference in price and quality. I felt no pressure at any stage but welcomed the chance to upgrade several things during building that we cannot think about in the stressful planning stage. Not only were Mark’s tradespeople and apprentices an absolute pleasure to have on the property but also all the sub contractors that Mark has chosen were polite, efficient and professional, it really was a very harmonious experience. Finally when a few things needed attention after lock up, even though all the bills had been paid, Mark made sure that everything was done 110% and that we were happy, he was fantastic and very generous with advice, regardless of whether there was a dollar in it for his company. I‘d absolutely have no hesitation in using or recommending Chadwick Builders again in the future. They are by far, one of the best builders in the South Western Region.
